Methane Pollution: What Health Experts Say About Climate Change and Public Health Webinar (10/20/20)
On October 20, medical professionals held a webinar on the impact of pollution from the oil and gas industry on the health of families and communities. As the Department of Environment Protection and leaders in Harrisburg work on rules to reduce methane pollution and volatile organic compounds (VOCs) it is more important than ever to have a full understanding of the public health impacts of what is actually being released into the environment and the health consequences for all, especially our most vulnerable citizens: the elderly, children and pregnant woman.
